  21. Lukewarm milk/water for kneading
  22. Cooking oil for frying
  23. To make the spicy yoghurt
  24. 100 ml thick yoghurt
  25. to taste Salt
  26. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  27. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  28. 1 green chili, chopped
  29. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
